North Vietnam Motorbike Tour 8 Days program:

Day 1:  Hanoi to Thac Ba (Lunch)

* At 8:30 AM, we began our motorbike tour to Ba Be Lake (Northeast Vietnam) from the outskirts of Hanoi. We will avoid the busy traffic by taking a winding village road along the Red River. Enjoy the stunning views of the river and the rice fields as we move through the countryside and see the daily lives of the local people in the heart of the largest plain in Northern Vietnam – the Red River Delta.

* After lunch, the motorbike ride is more beautiful and we can have a great back road motorbike tour to Thac Ba Lake on the quiet road with a nice mountain view. The first day of the tour will be finished by a enjoyable boat ride on the beautiful Thac Ba lake near Vu linh village and Swimm. Back to Homestay at Vu Linh village with family dinner

Day 2: Thac Ba to Ha Giang (Breakfast & Lunch)

* After saying goodbye to the villagers of the Dzao, we continued our easy motorbike journey in Northeast Vietnam to Ha Giang. The morning trip along Thac Ba Lake, passing through some short mountain passes, extremely beautiful stops, and some rustic villages. After lunch, we will ride on the smooth road straight to Hà Giang.

* Check in and relax, and explore street food to learn more about the customs and culture that vary from one region to another that you should know about.

Day 3: Ha Giang Loop – Lung Cu flagpole – Lo Lo Chai Village (Breakfast & Lunch)

* The guide and motorcycle will pick you up at the hotel and begin a unique journey through the Ha Giang loop. As you leave the city, the beautiful scenery will start to captivate you.

* Every 5 km there is a stunning sight that you cannot overlook, the 9-Curve Pass with 9 spectacular bends winding along the mountainside.

* Tham Ma Pass stands out as a symbol of Ha Giang, with its pristine natural beauty that is hard to take your eyes off.

* Twin Mountains of Quan Ba and Heaven’s Gate are one of the must-stop destinations when visiting Ha Giang. Have lunch in Yen Minh. Continue the journey through Can Ty slope to reach Dong Van Karst plateau.

* t’s time to watch the sunset behind the massive limestone mountains with a unique beauty that cannot be compared to any other place, and don’t forget a cup of coffee. Check in at the Homestay in LOLO Chai village. In the evening, have dinner with a LOLO family and interact or ask about various cultural characteristics.

Day 4: Lung Cu to Ma Pi Leng – Meo Vac – Bao Lac (Breakfast & Lunch)

* After breakfast, we walk to explore the ancient village of the Lo Lo people, conquer Lung Cu flagpole and the northernmost point of the Fatherland.

* We ride motorbikes along the border road with indescribable beautiful scenery. Lunch at the ancient town of Dong Van.

* Conquer the most beautiful and adventurous pass in Vietnam, walk up to the Sky Views to admire the beauty of the Ha Giang loop.

* Continue to take a boat to visit the Nho Que River or enjoy a cup of coffee from above to admire the entire beauty of Mã Pí Lèng and Nho Que.
* Time to check in Bao Lac and Dinner

Day 5: Bao Lac to Quang Uyen (Breakfast & Lunch)

* Continue a day filled with beautiful landscapes and conquer the Me Pia pass with 15 adventurous levels, and from above you can overlook the extremely beautiful Xuân Trương valley.

* Visit the Angel Eye Mountain, one of the unique mountains in Vietnam located in the Cao Bang Geopark. The NGườm Ngao cave system was formed about 300 years ago. Check in and relax, or you can walk around the Tay people’s village.

Day 6: Quang Uyen to Ban Gioc Falls – Cao Bang (Breakfast & Lunch)

* Bản Giốc Waterfalls is a waterfall known as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam, it is the largest natural waterfall in Southeast Asia and the fourth largest waterfall in the world located along a national border.

* Visiting the traditional and impressive craft villages: The paper-making village of Bản, home to the Tay people, where you can witness the process of making paper from rare natural materials, the Phia Thap incense village has a history of over 300 years, and the Phuc Sen blacksmith village is also 400 years old, very unique.
* Check in Homestay next to Ba Be lake in Pac Ngoi Village

Day 7: Cao Bang to Ba Be lake (Breakfast & Lunch)

* Continue to conquer the rural roads to visit the rice noodle making  of the Mong people. It’s another short motorbike ride to Ba Bể Lake but it could be one of the most enjoyable days of this motorcycle tour Vietnam. We’ll just do riding in the morning on almost smooth roads up and down then finish the ride at the peaceful village of the Tay people which located nearby the Ba Be lake – the biggest natural lake in North Vietnam. After lunch with the family we’ll enjoy a short boat tour around the lake.

Day 8: Ba Be lake back to Ha Noi  (Breakfast & Lunch)

* This is the most important day of the North Vietnam motorcycle tour. The morning ride is still very beautiful and enjoyable, but the second part in the afternoon will have to navigate through crowded roads. However, our experienced team will do their utmost to ensure a safe trip back to Hanoi, concluding the North Vietnam motorcycle adventure safely. Farewell to the group and looking forward to a new journey.
